Managing Partner
Tobias Theis is a co-founder of the ANDANDO Real Estate Group and, as Managing Partner, is responsible for the acquisition, leasing, and sale of our projects. With 25 years of industry experience and an extensive network, he maintains close relationships with private and institutional investors, successfully driving equity financing for our project companies.
Throughout his career, he has managed projects with a total volume of approximately 750 million euros and is recognized as a reliable and competent partner. Born in 1979, Tobias studied in Trier and Mexico, earning a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann). He speaks German, English, French, and Spanish.

Fabian Theis is a co-founder of the ANDANDO Real Estate Group and, as Managing Partner, is responsible for project development, leasing, as well as construction and asset management. With over 20 years of industry experience, he successfully oversees real estate projects in Luxembourg and Germany – from the development and construction of office, commercial, and residential projects to the revitalization of existing properties.
Born in 1982 in Trier, Fabian studied at the universities of Tübingen and Bilbao, earning a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Tübingen. He speaks German, English, French, and Spanish.

Christian Bäumer is a co-founder of the ANDANDO Real Estate Group and, as Managing Partner, drives transaction and investment management as well as the structuring and external financing of our projects. With around 30 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries, he has become an expert in financing and the complex structuring of real estate investments.
His professional career began at WL Bank AG (now DZ Hyp) in Münster, continued at Aareal Bank AG in Wiesbaden, and led to a key role at a major European real estate developer, where he played a significant part in shaping the Luxembourg office.
Christian is a trained banker, holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH)) from the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden, and completed postgraduate studies as a real estate economist (IRE|BS). He speaks German, English, and Italian.
