Tobias Theis
Managing Partner
Tobias is a founding partner of ANDANDO Real Estate Group. He is responsible in particular for the acquisition, letting and sale of the projects. Due to his long-standing network and experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, he is also responsible for raising equity capital for the property companies. Tobias has been working successfully in the real estate industry for 23 years and is regarded as a professional real estate expert. In the past 13 years, projects with a volume of approximately 750 million euros have been implemented by and with him.
Born in 1979, Tobias has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Trier and speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
Managing Partner
Fabian is a founding partner of ANDANDO Real Estate Group. He is responsible for project development and letting as well as construction and asset management. Fabian has more than 18 years of experience in real estate development and has been responsible for developments in Luxembourg and Germany during this period.
The focus was on the revitalisation of brownfield sites and the development of commercial, office, logistics and residential projects.
Fabian was born in Trier in 1982 and studied in Tübingen and Bilbao, Spain. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Tübingen and speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
Christian Bäumer

Christian is a founding partner of ANDANDO Real Estate Group. He is responsible for transaction and investment management, structuring and external financing of the projects. In the course of 28 years of professional activity in the real estate industry, Christian has been able to acquire a depth of expertise in the areas of structuring and financing of real estate investments. His path led him from WL Bank AG, Münster (now DZ Hyp) via Aareal Bank AG, Wiesbaden to the Austrian SIGNA Group, first in Zurich and later in Luxembourg, where he took over the management and expansion of the site in 2013. Christian is a trained banker and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden as well as a post-graduate degree in Real Estate Economics (IRE|BS). He speaks German, English and Italian.
