At the end of 2021, ANDANDO Real Estate acquired a corner plot of approximately 600 sqm at Rotenbergstraße 37, located in the vibrant Nauwieser district of Saarbrücken, the capital of Saarland. In the heart of this trendy neighborhood, a modern residential project with 54 units is being developed, specifically designed to meet the needs of students.
In coordination with the city of Saarbrücken’s design advisory board, we have developed a concept that preserves the district’s distinctive charm while modernizing the urban landscape with clean lines and sustainable solutions.
The planning and building permit process is currently underway and is expected to be completed by mid-2025. Construction will begin shortly thereafter, with completion scheduled for early 2027. The project will incorporate modern building technology, heat pumps, and a photovoltaic system.
