Managing Partner
Christian Bäumer is a co-founder of the ANDANDO Real Estate Group and, as Managing Partner, drives transaction and investment management as well as the structuring and external financing of our projects. With around 30 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries, he has become an expert in financing and the complex structuring of real estate investments.
His professional career began at WL Bank AG (now DZ Hyp) in Münster, continued at Aareal Bank AG in Wiesbaden, and led to a key role at a major European real estate developer, where he played a significant part in shaping the Luxembourg office.
Christian is a trained banker, holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH)) from the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden, and completed postgraduate studies as a real estate economist (IRE|BS). He speaks German, English, and Italian.
