EMERALD- Munsbach
At the beginning of the year 2021, ANDANDO Group succeeded in acquiring the land plot 14, rue Gabriel Lippmann in Munsbach, Luxembourg for the development of the new headquarters of ADVANZIA Bank S.A..
ANDANDO was successful in implementing the tenant’s requirements for the new site through a detailed planning process. In particular, the development of the building focuses on a sustainable climate-neutral project planning. This approach can be found in the targeted BREEAM Excellent certification as well as the focus on a climate-neutral construction and operation.
