EMERALD is the first building in the BeNeLux region to be constructed as a “Zero Carbon” project in accordance with the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) criteria. Additionally, it has earned DGNB “Gold” certification and Luxembourg’s highest BREEAM “Excellent” rating, further solidifying its outstanding sustainability credentials.
